A private house for a family in the suburbs of Athens. The overall volume is composed in three zones the private (bedrooms), the social (living space) and the functional (bathrooms – kitchen). An atrium facilitates as a buffer zone for the design composition. Moreover the atrium design reflects to sustainable principles optimizing environmental qualities both for the comfort for the inhabitants and the buildings energy consumption.
