A striking synthesis of industrial precision and organic form, uniting expansive ground-floor manufacturing infrastructure with a fluid, piano-tail administration wing.
TheClientBrief:OperationalEfficiency
The client’s vision demanded a modern industrial building that rigorously fulfills high-tier operational requirements across manufacturing, site grading, storage logistics, and administrative facilities. Designed to optimize daily workflow, the project prioritizes comfortable, high-performance environments for both factory employees and corporate management alike.
TheConcept:RectilinearRigorvs.OrganicForm
The core architectural concept is driven by a decisive morphological separation between the facility's two primary functions: The Industrial Plant: Executed as a clean, highly efficient rectangular volume dedicated to streamlined manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations. The Administration Wing: Articulated as an organic, free-form volume—evoking the sweeping curve of a piano tail—that breaks away from the industrial block to house executive offices and management suites.
Ground-FloorFootprintOptimization
A fundamental planning principle of the master plan is the total exploitation of the site’s allowable land coverage. By maximizing the ground-floor footprint, the design consolidates the entire program on a single level. This strategy eliminates vertical transport friction, streamlining internal circulation between administration and production while offering direct, unhindered access across all storage and employee zones.
